Simple, basic hotel in a suburb of Basel. Very friendly staff. Mainly selected due to its location which suited my personal needs. Everything you need is available, you just have to ask.
Dated and grotesque amenities (70's brown) - but everything worked. Don't expect design, rather basic country style.

Good rooms, savoury and tasty breakfast. Spotless bathroom with a tub. Immensely pleasant and pleasant staff, amazing location not far from several good restaurants, the centre, and the tram and a coop store. Early check-in, parking on site.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely mind-blowing! They went above and beyond to make our stay incredible, taking care of our luggage, calling taxis, and fulfilling any request we had. The room was super spacious and had a fridge, which was a great convenience. The whole place had a lovely and quiet atmosphere. And let's talk about the restaurant - the food was jaw-droppingly delicious! We couldn't believe how excellent the dining experience was. this hotel exceeded all our expectations and we can't wait to come back!

The location of this hotel is superb as it is conveniently near a tram stop, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The service provided by the staff is excellent, with a particularly mention-worthy mention for Marc who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a recently renovated bathroom adding a nice touch. Despite its convenient location, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.
The breakfast selection could use some improvement as it lacked variety and quality.

Located in the outskirts of a popular city, this hotel is conveniently situated next to a supermarket and various other eateries. the tram is located just a short walk away and can take you directly to the center of the city. Rooms are clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and good shower facilities. Breakfast is included and provides a great variety of options. the staff is friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with directions or printing tickets.
The decor in the rooms is outdated and could use a refresh.

During my recent business trip, I had a great experience at a charming hotel in a picturesque town near Basel. The first thing I loved about this place was the warm and friendly staff, especially the owner's family who were kind, helpful, and even spoke Mandarin. It was such a pleasant surprise to have someone who could communicate with me in my native language. Another aspect that I really enjoyed was the delicious food served at the hotel, both for breakfast and throughout the day. The menu had a good variety of options and the quality of the food was excellent. the location of the hotel was ideal, being just a minute's walk from the tram station. This made it convenient for me to travel around the area and explore the beautiful mountains and lake nearby.
The hotel is a bit away from the center of town, so it's important to plan travel time accordingly. This may be a slight inconvenience for some guests who prefer to be closer to the hustle and bustle of the city.

We were impressed with this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location was extremely convenient, only a minute's walk from the tram station with quick links to the center of Basel. The hotel was very clean with comfortable beds and a wonderful bathroom. The free public transport pass for the whole city was a nice touch and made getting around a breeze.
Nothing to fault.

Great location, close to public transportation and a convenient store nearby. the bed was comfortable to sleep in and the bathroom was clean. the hotel parking lot was free, which was a plus.
The heat in the room was unbearable, there wasn't any air-conditioning nor a decent fan to help circulate the air. This made sleeping quite difficult, as the room was incredibly stuffy.
